Annual Presidents Meeting Hotels

 
 
As the 16th APRU Annual Presidents Meeting (APM) coincides with the US Olympic Track and Field trials, we expect a high demand for accommodation in Eugene. For this reason, the University of Oregon has secured preferred rates at the hotels listed below. These rates are only guaranteed when you register through the University of Oregon staff before April 15 2012. Delegates are encouraged to book their accommodations early.
 
On June 26, APM delegates will stay at the Benson Hotel in Portland.  Thereafter, delegates will stay at the Inn at the 5th (main hotel) or at the Hilton in Eugene. Presidents are advised to book their accommodation at the Inn at the 5th.
 
As there are a limited number of rooms reserved at each hotel, reservations will be processed on a first-come, first serve basis. Delegates who are unable to get confirmed reservations at the Inn will be assigned to the Hilton.
